Actually, female KP characters involved in various odd generas (including but not limited to weight gain and belly expansion (including pregnancy), some breast expansion, a smattering of growth/shrinking, the odd bit of anthro/furry transformation and gender swaps, etc) are not my only interests (far from it), but it's the soooo under represented that I decided to collect the ones I liked in one place.
